Rasha

Rasha has been dancing with Josefina for some three years and in the past year has enjoyed performing for small and large audiences alike at local events.  She draws inspiration from watching other dancers perform and is very particular about executing her movements.  Rasha loves the different genres of dance but is intrigued and mesmerised by the art of belly dance, especially when she can incorporate the dramatic sword as a prop into her repertoire. She enjoyes the challenges of floorwork and thanks her disciplined yoga regime for her flexibility.  When she can, Rasha participates in workshops of visiting national and international belly dance teachers.

A busy mum of four children, Samiyah has been dancing and performing with Northern Beaches Bellydance School since 2005.
